Our client, a premier finance firm, is looking for an Executive Assistant to support a Managing Partner in their San Francisco office. The ideal candidate for this position is proactive, detail-oriented, and professional Executive Assistant who will provide a high-level administrative support to our executives and help ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Salary Range: $95,000-$125,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic support to the Partner by managing multiple calendars and scheduling both internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate and book both domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visa requirements as necessary.
- Assist with light administrative support to additional team members.
- Perform light personal assistant duties as needed to ensure the optimization of the Partner's time.
- Maintain and coordinate schedules for board meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled.
- Interface with both internal and external stakeholders, acting as a liaison on behalf of the Partner.
- Prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Manage and execute projects and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient workflow and operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred or equivalent experience supporting a partner in a high-level strategic administrative role.
- 7+ years of experience in providing administrative support at a senior level, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and effectively coordinating logistics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
